Associate Boo-boo Lawyer
Location: Perth Amboy, NJ
Boo-boo Lawyers helps folks after their worst days — Uber boo-boos, job site boo-boos, rear-end boo-boos and more. We don’t throw around legal jargon or hide behind mahogany desks. We talk to people straight, and we get results.We’re looking for an Associate Attorney who’s handled plenty of boo-boos and knows how to take a case from that first shaky phone call to trial prep without flinching.
What you bring
• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey Bar (NY and PA are bonuses, not requirements)
• Five years or more of real experience handling plaintiff-side boo-boo cases
• You write well, prep smart, and speak like a human
• You show up organized, focused, and ready to lead
• You treat every client with the respect you’d want for your own family
• Spanish fluency is a big plus. So is a sense of urgency.
What you’ll do
• Handle your own boo-boo cases start to finish
• Prep for trial with the support of a tight, fast-moving team
• Help us build something new in a space that’s overdue for change
This role is full-time, in-person at our Perth Amboy office. Remote isn’t on the table.

Boo-boo Lawyers, powered by CourtLaw, is hiring a Legal Secretary / Paralegal to help keep our caseload in motion. Our clients come to us with real boo-boos — Uber boo-boos, job site boo-boos, rear-end boo-boos and more — and they need someone who listens, organizes, and acts fast.
What you bring:
• Three years or more working in plaintiff-side boo-boo law
• Strong writing, typing, scheduling, and communication skills
• You’re the person who keeps everything (and everyone) on track
• You stay calm when the phone rings off the hook
• You’re professional, but never robotic
• Spanish helps. So does a thick skin.
What you’ll do
• Support attorneys through every stage of a boo-boo case
• Talk to clients like they’re human — because they are
• Draft letters, manage calendars, and help cases move without missing a beat
This is a full-time, in-office role in Perth Amboy. You’ll be part of a small, tight team that does big things.
